By creating an account or using EduXFlow, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility & age
You must be at least the minimum age shown at sign-up to register, and you must provide an accurate date of birth. If you are a minor in your country, you may only use EduXFlow with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. You must be old enough to form a binding contract (18 in most places). Age-restricted content is gated by verified date of birth, and accounts that misrepresent age may be suspended.
Education-only content
EduXFlow is for educational video. Uploads are screened by AI (and, where needed, human review) for educational value, age-appropriateness, and copyright. Non-educational, infringing, or unsafe content may be rejected or removed.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: upload content you do not have the rights to, or that is illegal, harmful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or misleading/spam; access the service through automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) except via permitted interfaces; circumvent, disable, or interfere with security, moderation, rate limits, or age gates; collect or harvest other users' data or identifying information; artificially inflate or manipulate views, likes, or other metrics; misuse reporting or appeals processes; resell, sublicense, or run your own advertising on EduXFlow pages; or publicly screen videos in violation of the rights of others. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
Your content & the license you grant
You keep ownership of the videos and other content you upload. You grant EduXFlow a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, transcode, stream, analyze (to generate transcripts, summaries, chapters, quizzes, and for moderation/copyright screening), and display your content in order to operate, improve, and promote the service. You also grant each other user a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to access and view your content solely through EduXFlow features (such as playback). You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant these licenses.
Removing your content & license duration
You can delete your videos or your account at any time from the Creator Studio / Settings, and we remove them from the service and our storage. Following removal, the licenses you granted end, except that (a) we may retain and continue to use content for a commercially reasonable period to complete in-flight operations, and (b) residual backup copies may persist for a limited time before being overwritten. We do not continue to publicly display or distribute removed content.
Copyright, DMCA & repeat infringers
We respect intellectual property and respond to valid takedown notices. To report infringement, email dmca@eduxflow.com with: the work infringed, the URL of the infringing video, your contact details, a good-faith statement, and your physical or electronic signature. We remove or disable access to material subject to a valid notice; affected users may submit a counter-notice to the same address. We operate a strikes policy and will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
Suspension & termination by us
We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe breach these Terms or the law, or that create liability for us or others. Where the law allows and it is reasonable, we will give notice; we may act without prior notice if doing so would be unlawful, compromise an investigation or the security/integrity of the service, or harm any person. You may appeal a removal or suspension by contacting support@eduxflow.com.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EduXFlow and its operators from claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
Monetization
The service is free to use and may be supported by advertising. Any creator monetization or revenue-share program, if offered, will be governed by separate terms.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EduXFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (which, for free use, is zero) or (b) USD $100.
Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which EduXFlow is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction — except where mandatory local consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
Changes & contact
We may update these Terms. For material changes we will provide reasonable advance notice (e.g. by posting here with a new date or notifying you), except for new features or urgent legal/security situations.
